House Cleaning

Maid in Delhi offers services that most of our competitors do not and this is where we differ from them. We offer almost anything your heart desires upon request and at no extra charge.

OUR RATES: Maid in Delhi is very reasonable we are out to help clients for much less than our competitors who charge 50-60 dollars per hour! Our rates are up front with no extra fees for special requests, special weekly hours or for Sunday hours. We are ALWAYS $80.00** for the first 2 hours and $35.00 per each additional hour. If we come help you for 1 hour the fee is $40.00.

In home or pickup laundry services at no extra charge.

We do dishes whether it be load a dishwasher or by hand also no extra charge.

       Kitchen

• Move everything and clean counters

• Wipe down kitchen table and chairs, dust light above table if applicable

• Clean the inside and outside of microwave and or toaster oven

• Remove pans and coils from stoves (other methods if gas stove) 

• Sanitize and polish stove top, front, and sides

• Clean and polish upper vent (if applicable)

• Clean and polish the fronts and sides of refrigerator, dishwasher, compactor and all other appliances

• Sweep (or vacuum) kitchen floor and a thorough mop of the floor

• Clean spills from fronts of cabinets and drawers

• Clean the top of the refrigerator if possible

• Sanitize and polish the sink and faucets

• Clean window above sink if applicable 

• Clean blinds and window sill if applicable

• Empty garbage

• Bathroom

• We also check lighting fixtures, baseboards etc and clean if necessary                         

• We scrub and sanitize the shower floor and walls

• Clean the shower doors and track if applicable

• Scrub and sanitize the bathtub

• Clean all glass

• Polish all faucets

• Scrub and sanitize the sink and the soap dish

• Scrub and sanitize the inside and outside of the toilet and around the base 

• Clean and or dust light fixtures

• Dust nic nacs and underneath of and replace to original spot on shelf

• Wipe down fronts of cabinets and drawers 

• Dust the towel shelves and racks, also dust the toilet paper holders 

• Dust all photo frames and lights

• Empty and remove the trash

• Sweep (or vacuum) the floors then thoroughly mop the floors

• Living room, Entry way, Dining room, Bonus room, Office, and Foyer areas

• Check the baseboards and clean if necessary

• Dust window sills, pictures, nic nacs and blinds

• Dust woodwork, wooden furniture, lamps and lamp shades

• Dust all shelves and televisions (we have flat screen safe dusting methods)

• Clean glass furniture

• Vacuum all furniture which could pick up pet hair or other foreign objects

• Vacuum (or sweep) the floors and do a thorough mop if applicable

• Check all baseboards and clean if necessary

• Stairs and hallways

• Dust pictures, window sills, and blinds

• Clean windows

• Dust all furniture and woodwork

• Check all baseboards and dust/clean if necessary

• Sweep (or vacuum) and thoroughly mop if applicable

• Laundry room and utility rooms

• Wipe down washer and dryer

• Scrub and sanitize the washer sink 

• Polish the washer sink if it is metal

• Polish all faucets 

• Dust all woodwork and shelves

• Clean windows, window sills, and blinds

• Remove cobwebs if applicable 

• Sweep (or vacuum) and mop floors thoroughly if applicable

• Check baseboards and clean if necessary

• Bedrooms (per request)

• Dust all shelves, nic nacs, pictures, lamps etc

• Clean windows, window sills, and blinds

• Clean glass furniture

• Clean cobwebs and light fixtures ceiling fans if applicable

• Make the bed and change the sheets and or blankets and pillow cases (if you provide clean linens) 

• Vacuum (or sweep) the floors and mop the floors thoroughly if applicable

• Check the baseboards and clean if necessary

We will do bedrooms upon request.

Basement services are available upon request at no extra charge.

We offer GREEN cleans! Also at no extra charge. GREEN cleans are our regular cleaning services but with GREEN products. A GREEN clean may be an option when you have small children or pets who lick or chew on things in the home. GREEN cleans also are great alternative to floor chemicals if you have babies on the go! 

Unlike most of our competitors we DO NOT have a 2 hour minimum. If you would like our help for an hour we will be pleased to come and help you; however, most of our regular clients like weekly to bi weekly cleans for 2 to 3 hours a week.

Move in/out cleans this service includes a top to bottom clean of your home or apartment including but not limited to inside of ALL appliances, exterior of all appliances, all windows and doors, all marks/scuffs off of walls, around doors, all floors, inside of closets, tubs, tiles, toilets, sinks, outside, and inside of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers. We offer more per request this service requires us to come and give an estimate. This service is per size of home and depending on how much work is needed.

Commercial services

Maid in Delhi offers commercial services as well as in home services. Our commercial services include:

 

Your reception area represents your customer’s first impression. You want it to always be bright, clean and inviting.  Every individual needs a clean work environment. A well organized and clean workplace helps to make everyone more productive. Cleaning tasks for the reception area and office spaces include:

1.  Empty waste receptacles and replace liners. Wash cans as needed.
2.  Vacuum all carpets and mats
3.  Vacuum (or sweep) all hard floors
4.  Dust all horizontal surfaces of desks, chairs, tables and other furniture
5.  Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces with disinfectant
6.  Mop all hard floors with disinfectant
7.  Remove cobwebs from front entry and immediate surrounding areas
8.  Remove fingerprints and marks from around light switches and door frames
9.  Clean automatic glass doors inside and out
10. Wipe all internal glass
11. Polish all metals and handles on doors and cabinets
12. Spot clean the walls and painted surfaces
13. Collect all garbage, papers, bottles etc. from front entrance
14. Ensure all areas are clean & arranged neatly

Kitchen/Break Room & Restroom
A clean and sanitized restroom is a must in any working environment to ensure safety and reduce the risk of spreading germs.  Same thing goes for a kitchen or break room where employees eat. It is imperative that this space be clean and sanitary even if no food preparation is done there.

16. Empty waste receptacles and wipe if needed and replace bin liners as required
17. Clean and polish mirrors
18. Wipe hand towel dispensers/hand dryers
19. Wipe down doors and sills – remove all dust and prints
20. Clean and sanitize all basins. Polish all bright work
21. Dust partitions, tops of mirrors and frames
22. Remove splash marks from walls and partitions around basins
23. Mop clean restroom and kitchen floors with disinfectant
24. Elevator and Stairs also need thoroughly cleaned
25. Remove garbage from all areas
26. Polish all metals and door knobs etc.
27. Vacuum (or sweep) and mop all hard floors
28. Spot clean internal glass in doors

29. Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and disinfected on both sides and disinfected/sanitized and wiped dry

WEEKLY CLEANING

30. Mop all hard floors.
31. Clean all glass inside & outside with squeegee.

MONTHLY CLEANING
32. Vacuum vents and chairs

General: In offices we generally let you tell Maid in Delhi what you would like done. We have a couple of clientele at the moment that have us do their offices and we do everything from the top to the bottom, but we realize you may not want to have everything done and may just want Maid in Delhi to come for an hour to help with dusting, or organizing, etc. That is why we are here please give us a call.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: We will charge a fee equivalent to 1 hour ($40) for anyone who cancels their clean AFTER they confirm their clean. We send confirmation the day before with usually at least 24 hours notice. If you think there is a possibility of having to cancel or reschedule please let us know at the time of confirmation. 

 

**PLEASE NOTE: WE NO LONGER ACCEPT GROUPON Effective as of 08/01/2016! I am sorry that they are misleading you to think we do. I have asked them multiple different times to remove my advertisement with no success! I will as a ONE TIME courtesy do a FIRST TIME clean for NEW customers for the same price (4 hours for $100) however please also note that this is strictly for 4 hours and any other hours will not be discounted. 2 hours will still be $80, 3 hours will still be $115, and 5 hours will still be $185.
